We welcome all
local vendors to learn about our company and submit information to our database so that they may be eligible to be added to
our Certified Vendor List.
Vendors
please note that there are 3 things that you are required to have in order to be considered to work with Haven Management
LLC (depending on the type of job/field); liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance and a contractor's license
(depending on your field). All of these items must be updated and valid (we will check). All vendors must have liability
insurance to work on any project at any of the accounts we manage. We are professional management company and work with professional
vendors to better serve our clients.
Please fill out the database information below and you may
be called into our office to further explain your products or services typically in a lunch & learn fashion. It may take
months to be asked to do a presentation but all info submitted through this site will be reviewed and is the first step to
working with us and the associations we proudly manage. We do recommend that all vendors be very familiar with community associations.
Most of our vendors are involved directly with CAI.
