We welcome all local vendors to learn about our company and submit information
to our database so that they may be eligible to be added to our Certified Vendor List.
Vendors please note that there are 3 things that you are required to
have in order to be considered to work with Haven Management LLC (depending on the type of job/field); liability insurance,
worker's compensation insurance and a contractor's license (depending on your field). All of these items must be updated and
valid (we will check). All vendors must have liability insurance to work on any project at any of the accounts we manage.
We are professional management company and work with professional vendors to better serve our clients.
Please fill out the database information below and if there is a question our office manager may call you. Please
note that submitting this information does not automatically add you to our vendor list but it is a step in the right path.
We will contact if we would like to know more about your company. We do recommend that all vendors be very familiar with community
associations.
